1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WeeConnect website (weeconnect.app) or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use WeeConnect, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
You agree to use WeeConnect only for lawful, neighborly purposes. You shall not:
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your qualifications;
- Post unsolicited advertising, commercial spam, or fraudulent schemes;
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform;
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
4. WorkConnect & Independent Service Disclaimer
WeeConnect provides WorkConnect as a communication directory and discovery tool to connect community members with local workers and service providers.
Important Notice: WeeConnect is not an employer, contractor, broker, or agent for any worker or client listed on WorkConnect. All agreements, quotes, scopes of work, payments, quality of work, and performance are arranged independently between the respective parties.
Users are encouraged to exercise ordinary prudence, verify references, and establish clear terms before commencing in-person work or transactions.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content, posts, or media you publish on WeeConnect. By submitting content, you grant WeeConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
All trademarks, logos, brand names (“WeeConnect”, “WorkConnect”), and software interfaces are the proprietary property of WeeConnect.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeeConnect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform or services provided by third parties discovered on the platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of WeeConnect following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
